Scheduling Policies
Customers cannot deny service without giving a 5 day notice. This is due to a scheduling system that has been made in order to accommodate each customer and the service areas in which our lawn maintenance team works. If you must cancel or reschedule your service, please give us a notice before 5 days of your service date to avoid any miscommunication or charges.
If the weather conditions are not suitable for our lawn care services (rain, snow, black ice or sleet) your service will be pushed to the next following day OR will be pushed back to a Saturday, depending on what can be completed with our field crew members. We will give you notice prior to visiting so you are aware of your next service date.
Payment Policies
When paying online (Zelle, Cash App, Paypal) customers must include the address of where the service was given in the notes/memos of the payment. This is due to our growing customer base and to avoid any confusion on payments as some customers pay with different names.
New customers (defined as having our service for less than 2 months) must pay within 3-5 days of their service date. If not paid within the selected time frame mentioned, S.A.P. Landscaping, LLC will not service the customer until the payment is made and charges may occur.
Established customers (defined as having our service for more than 2 months) must pay within 5-7 days of their service date OR before their third service date is completed. If not paid within the selected time frame mentioned, S.A.P. Landscaping, LLC will not service the customer until the payment is made and charges may occur.
For customers who pay monthly for their lawn care services, payment must be received in full during the first week of the next service month. If not paid within the selected time frame mentioned, S.A.P. Landscaping, LLC will not service the customer until the payment is made and charges may occur.
Marketing Policies
Customer's houses and lawns will be photographed for social media marketing. We will not disclose any information such as the address or name of the customer in our social media platforms. This is simply to promote our services.
Your online reviews on Google will be used for marketing purposes & promotions.
